...Travel to Bangkok
12.40, we were called for boarding. Now, I start to confuse my self about who is Indonesian and who is foreigner. It’s not a good feeling, again because I went alone.
Nice flight, a lot of food, I can enjoy this flight.
16.30, we’re landed. I walked and tried to find the gate for baggage. It was pretty difficult because the alley is so long.
Ok, here are the step by step summaries:
1. If you are Indonesian, you can get free fiscal if you have NPWP. Go to the NPWP counter, show your NPWP card and get stamp on your boarding pass.
2. Pass the immigration gate, get stamp on your passport.
3. Give a proper time for you to walk from the check in counter to the gate. If you know the position/distance well, it would be ok. But if you often forget or you don’t know, you can be surprise of how far you should walk and it will be troublesome if you don’t have enough time.
4. Wait at the gate until they call you
5. Enjoy the flight. They will offer so many foods (snack: peanut, meal: noodle, etc and drinks: water, juice, etc). O ya, my flight were Thai Airways.
6. After landing, follow the signage (baggage). At this airport (Suvarnabhumi), they have 23 gates for baggage – if I’m not mistaken. They divide these gates into two entry points, 1-16 and 17-23. There is a signage showing your flight code and the baggage gate. Just looking for it and then easy.
7. You will make a line to pass the immigration/passport check. You should fill in the immigration card (you can get it during your flight) and show your passport. They will also take your picture.
8. Then, you can go to the gate to get your baggage. Done. You can get out of the airport.
Here are the photos:
The reason it hurts so much to separate is because our souls are connected. Maybe they always have been and will be. Maybe we've lived a thousand lives before this one and in each of them we've found each other. And maybe each time, we've been forced apart for the same reasons. That means that this goodbye is both a goodbye for the past ten thousand years and a prelude to what will come.
